Boddy Laundry has a 30-day return policy. Eligible products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Returns must be requested before sending products back.
How does subscription work? +
The Full Routine is delivered automatically. Your first subscription delivery is £44.50, then £89 per delivery. Free UK delivery is included.
How often will my subscription arrive? +
The standard schedule is every 30 days. You can change it to every 45 or 60 days through your account.
How do I cancel or skip a subscription? +
Manage it through your account. You can skip a delivery, change the delivery date, pause the subscription or cancel it. Cancellation can be completed through your account without needing to call or email.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. There is no required minimum subscription period stated on the current subscription page. If you cancel before your second delivery, you will not receive the travel case included with month two.
